RETURNS & policy
We would like to inform our valued customers that ALUXR provides a 30-day return policy for store credit, which remains valid for a period of 90 days. This policy applies to purchases that do not meet the satisfaction.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY
Order Processing Time: 3-5 business days. Place express shipping orders before 12 PM EST for same-day dispatch; orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next business day. This policy applies to in-stock items and does not include pre-orders. We are closed on Sundays, which are not counted as business days.

- Standard Shipping (Monday through Saturday): 1-6 business days, $15 USD, depending on location.
- For orders under $100, shipping is $7 USD.
- The estimated delivery date, including order preparation and shipping time, will be provided at checkout.
- Expedited Shipping: 4-5 business days, $20 USD.
- UPS Saturday shipping is available at the same rate.
