Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging. To facilitate a seamless return process, we may request a photograph of the item prior to processing the return. Shipping & Delivery:

We offers worldwide shipping: w/ estimated delivery times. Please note that these estimates are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances are not our responsibility. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier at the provided shipping address, the customer assumes responsibility for any loss or damage.


Insurance: We highly advise purchasing shipping insurance for your order to ensure protection against damage, loss, or theft. Once the courier has picked up the package, claims can only be processed for insured shipments. Uninsured orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged may not be eligible for refunds or replacements.


Order Processing Time: 3-5 business days. Place express shipping orders before 12 PM EST for same-day dispatch; orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next business day. This policy applies to in-stock items and does not include pre-orders. We are closed on Saturday & Sunday, which are not counted as business days.


Shipping Details:

- Standard Shipping (Monday through Friday): 1-5 business days, $15 USD, depending on location.

- For orders under $100, shipping is $7 USD.

- The estimated delivery date, including order preparation and shipping time, will be provided at checkout.

- Expedited Shipping: 4-5 business days, $20 USD.

- UPS Saturday shipping is available at the same rate.


Free Shipping Offers:

- Free standard shipping on domestic orders over $150+ (US), delivered within 3 business days for $25 USD.

- 2-business day shipping is available for $35 USD.

- For 1-business day shipping, the cost is $50 USD.

- Free Shipping (US) is available for orders over $150+ USD, 5 days a week in select locations.

 Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item received does not match the product description provided on our website.


Approval Required: Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the item was misrepresented or not as described and must be approved in advance from our Aluxr, online shop website.


Condition: Returned items must be in the same condition as when sold. Items showing additional wear, damage, or any alterations may be ineligible for a refund or exchange.


Refund Method: Once a return is approved, the refund will be issued as store credit unless an alternative refund method has been confirmed in writing

Our aggregate liability is capped at the purchase price of the product concerned.

We would like to inform our valued customers that ALUXR provides a 30-day return policy for store credit, which remains valid for a period of 90 days. This policy applies to purchases that do not meet the satisfaction. We process returns within 2 business days of receiving them at our shop. During peak periods, this may take up to 5 working days. Once your refund has been approved, we will send a confirmation email. Refunds will be issued for items returned in accordance with the above conditions. If the return does not meet these conditions, the package will be returned to you. Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be initiated from the country where the order was placed.
