Shipping

  • Where do you ship?

    We ship everywhere in North America and Europe. For an additional charge, we offer overnight delivery to certain locations. 

  • How long does an order take to arrive?

    Standard shipping takes about 2 to 5 business days during the regular season. In December and June, shipping times may take longer. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee on orders of more than $150+

  • What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

    We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop to ship. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you. If the order can’t be rerouted to you within 48 hours, we’ll refund the shipping charges.

Returns

  • What items are eligible for return?

    Items are eligible for return within 90 days of their delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, and they must be unwashed and unworn. Of course, if an item arrives in a damaged state, notify us immediately and you will be refunded the entire cost of the item.

  • How much is the return shipping fee?

    Returns are free when you use our prepaid return shipping label. Simply repackage the item, affix the label you returned in the original package, and send it back to us.

  • I received an item as a presents - gift? Can I return it?

    Product Purchase As Presents - Gift

    "If your product  was designated as a presents - gift at the time of purchase, you will receive a presents - gift credit equivalent to the value of the returned product. Once the return is processed, we will issue a presents - gift certificate to you. However, if the product was not marked as a presents - gift, any refund will be issued to the original purchaser."


    Present - Gifts must be accompanied by a presents-gift receipt in order to be eligible for a store credit. They’ll be treated as a regular return, and you’ll receive a gift card for their current selling price. Note that gifts can be returned within 28 of the date on which they were purchased.

  • Return & Policy

    Please note exchanges are not available. If you want to return an item and obtain a different one or size, you'll need to place a new order using your store credit.


    Final sale items, such as one-piece bodysuits, and swimsuit bottoms, and items purchased during sales or promotions, are not eligible for return.


    The option to return an item purchased at full price and then again during a promotional period, is no longer valid/void.


    We offer flat-rate standard shipping labels for returns at  $15 USD. Returns must be submitted within 90 day period to facilitate the return of items, and unsettled invoices will result in item donation to local charities after a couple of days.
